We have always Loved the hospitality at Club Mahindra resorts . this Time at Kumbalgarh , we loved the luxurious resort and the Food . All the chefs Mr . Anmol , Ms Vaibhavi , Mr Sadik served us really amazing food and were very kind to take our feedback . Mr .Paloosh who served us at the Barbecue restaurant made us feel really welcomed .

Cockroaches in food, on bed and rude staff

Absolutely pathetic property. They have the worst mattresses that caused me to have pain killers the next morning. And they promised to change but refused to change the mattress at 11 pm. Rooms have open wires and cockroaches on the bed. Windows are super dirty. Rooms did not get cleaned in the day because we gave then the keys but did not tell them specifically to clean rooms. Food had cockroaches swimming in it and even after pointing out they continued to serve the same breakfast to other guests!! See the pic. But the worst is their staff. Mr Niranjan and his colleagues were so rude i had to take videos of their behaviour. Their manager Mr Amir was equally unapologetic for all the inconveniences. They both insisted that the 5 of us having a problem with their mattresses is our problem not theirs. And this is when we had opted for their superior category of rooms. Lastly, all the best if the bee nests outside your window are disturbed and you end up in a hospital bed (which by the way will be atleast more hygienic and comfortable than their rooms). I won't even stay in a hotel like this for free.

Easily one of the worst places I have stayed in rajasthan! We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and the service levels and rooms leave so much to be desired. 1. We had the deluxe Heritage room n it was quite shabby n old. 2. Furniture n fittings were broken n creaky. Linen was dirty. 3. No exhaust in washroom 4. Terrible taste of breakfast. We found a cockroach in sambhar! When pointed out, they removed n replaced in 5 mins... Served the same to other guests. 5. Attitude of staff was unapologetic. 6. No room cleaning despite reminding n leaving keys 7. Was served dirty hot water as the kettle they were using was old n rusty. When I pointed this to staff, he simply threw that water n kept it back. Overall please avoid this property, staff is quite rude n impolite n they couldn't provide any tourist friendly information also when we enquired.
